But some points that others have made:

Only ones that come in Red.
Only 40 of them.
Signed by that one driver from ESX. (Can't spell his name if I was the owner of hooked on phonics)
And they will be numbered from 1 - 40.

Overall I think that it is more than possible to get an STi at 425hp with less than $20,000.
