I run a roller out of the ranger and the newer mustangs(dual plug heads),they are the same cams in both.

I run mine 4 retard for top end pull,has great power everywhere,it seemed to help everywhere when i retarted the cam timing.with the cam timing at 0 it stopped pulling about 5500 rpm's,cam come in with turbo about 3000 rpm's.I retarted the cam to 4 and cam came in about same 3000 rpm's but pulls past 6000 rpm's and pulls harder on the top end than it did on 0 timing(3and4th gear).
Just take some time to play with it until you get it to your liking

when you get time to mess with it,you will find you can run more timing and the power increase i awesome,just going from 10 to 14 on my car was like I had put nitrous on it,night and day difference,good for a couple of tenths at the track(lakeland).

I have a starion front mount on my stang,but am looking for a npr ic to put on instead.
