You can use it, but you won't get all the benefits if you don't have some sort of timing and fuel management. Will it hurt anything, no. Will it help, a little. Will help fight detonation at slightly higher boost.

Leaded gas is only really bad if you have a cat, or if you're worried about 02 sensor life.
