Kyle decided not to ruin it for those of us that had pre-reg'd, so he offered a 'private event' under different terms in his insurance policy, but this limited it to 10 participants. Obviously the price went up to cover the cost.
Had more people pre-reg'd for the Feb event, it wouldn't have been canceled, and you could have gone. Simple enough.
The people who went to the 'private' day were people who either
A. Pre-reg'd for Feb 19th (we had first dibs)
B. Had a connection with ******** and needed practice for Formula D.
There were several drivers from Atlanta, and I saw 1 car from Tennessee.
Out of the 10 Drivers there, I believe 5-6 will be competing in Formula D.
