Forgot to add, make sure that all of your electrical sensors are still securely connected. It really sounds like an electrical problem, but if your cam was off a tooth it would run different than normal. If it was your timing, it could have a difficulty starting which may be your problem. Vacuum leaks run equally crappy all the time, so I don't think that would be it.
