Don't know what kind of amp you are running... but here are a few things you should consider:

Make sure your amp has a low pass filter so you send pure bass signal to your sub. W/O the filter, your sub will sound like crap. Can you run your sub in bridged mode? If so, the 360 Watts (4 ohm) can be turned into 720 Watts (2 Ohm) depending on how you wire your subs. How much space do you have in your trunk for sub boxes? Do you want maximum thump (bandpass) or tight bass (sealed)? There is a skewl of thought that the enclosure has a greater effect on sound than the sub itself.

I like JL subs myself. I have a 1100 Watt Eclipse amp running a 10W3 DVC 4 ohm JL sub in an undersized sealed box. Bass is very tight, but the amp is overkill and requires a 1 Farad cap and 8 gauge wiring.
