Unless your racing formula cars at a pro level or carts in general, it's not really neccesary. It's also an extremely hard skill to pick up and properly execute unless you've learned to drive from the beginning using it. I use it in a few select corners at different tracks to get the rear to come around a little, but that's a different type of left foot braking altogether. Only a few Formula One drivers can do it properly, like Schumaker, but many cannot, like Barrichello.
first you should try spelling their names correctly
