Otherwise, it depends too much on what type of handling events you're talking about. Autocross, track days, etc. Obviously a car with a lot of power will do better on a regular track than one of similar handling, but less power.

Just like drag racing, you have 1000 hp, but if you can't put power down, is your car that fast? Maybe on the highway? What constitues fast?
