Some people like pushrods more...not personally my thing (I'm a DOHC guy) but OHV engines are definetly lighter, which is a big reason the LSX is still OHV. IIRC, they shed every lb they could unless if it cost more than $10 or something for the C5 ZO6. Heard that somewhere a long time ago..
