Well, I'm assuming you dealt with just one person. BBK, like every other company, also goes through employees like underwear. It may not be only the product in question, but the quality of work performed on it by an individual at their company at the time the part was made. Did you ever ask to speak to someone else or a higher up? If you only dealt with just that one person at BBK it only takes the attitude and and/or salesmanship to make or break a well-known company's reputation sink (for a while). The company has been around for years. I doubt they are going anywhere anytime soon. Chock up your loss and drive on. There should be better or more reputable parts out there by now since the introduction of their throttle body.
