Default Unusual oil burning

94 gsr motor eagle rods, srp forged 11.5:1 cr, skunk2 Im, minor head porting

I recently rebuilt my motor for the second time. The first time I went with crome rings for the srp forged pistons. All of the bearing were changed and plastigaged. I went through and made sure everything was exact taking as much care as possible. The car burned oil and went through two quarts a week. I figured the chrome rings didnt seat beacuse I have heard many problems with the chrome rings. So went backk in with stock honda rings new valve guide seals and all new bearing again. I also used a 250 grit hone and properly honed every cylinder. I also used and stock head gasket and measured the head for any warping and plastigaged everything again. Now it continues to go through severall quarts of oil a week. The car appears to run fine but a thick dark grey fog comes out of the exhaust. It leaves a thick cloud at higher rpm. The exhaust seems to be lined with oil. I tried changing the pcv. I then tried diconnecting it. This still doesnt seem to change anything. I was wondering if anyone has any idea?
