i heatwrapped my downpipe today with some DEI wrap. everything went smoothly and put the downpipe on. took the car for a ride and car will not hit full boost. it is supposed to the hit a 1.2. only sometimes i can make it hit a 1.1 but most of the time it will only hit a 1 bar. also at about 6k the boost starts to go down. i cannot figure out what the issue is. i changed nothing else on the car. i touched nothing else on the car. i took the car out for a ride the night beforeand it was hitting the 1.2 bar no problem.

is the wrap causing me to have alot of lag?

also i didnt change the gasket in between the turbo and downpipe. this is the 2nd time i have reused that gasket. could it be the gasket?

anyone have any ideas. thanks in advance
