They say the 02 SS is fastest Camaro Chevy ever made. back in 70s they had 350CI with 350HP on the motor, ur sayings my LT only might have 285. That comparison seems weird unless back then they used Lead Driveshafts and all?!!
well the o2 ss might be the fastest camaro and the ones in the 70s might have 350 hp but the difference is technology.. there are a lot of factors when it comes to making power and transfering that power to the ground in the quickest fashion
as for dyno pricing, you can get like 2 or 3 runs for 40 bucks and sometimes even less at the dyno days..
usually parasitic loss is something like 15-17% maybe more
another thing you should know is that magazines print what the print because companies like hooker pay them to do it.. they arent just average people like us printing what they find on their own research..
