I'm not speaking to any individual, just stating a point.

This thread is ridiculous. Big deal who spent more on the car. People buy what they want, and what they can afford. If someone spends $35,000 on a Z06 , and it's slower than a $10,000 civic, big deal. I'd personally rather drive and spend the money on the Z06. I'm sure anyone that spends money to buy a Cobra or a Z06 could've easily bought a slower import and dumped tons of money into it, or vice versa. It's preference.

And the excuses do get to be a little stupid. " My car's not tuned ", " It wasn't running right that night", etc. This shit pisses me off. If you lost, you lost. Fix your stuff, and come back out. You'll have more respect if you come out faster than before, and come out without having had made excuses when you lost earlier.
