itr heads have dual valve springs on both the intake and exhaust side. gsr and b16 heads have dual springs on the intake only. i wouldnt rev a factory b16 or gsr head past 8200-8300. as far as an itr head goes i believe fuel cut in a factory itr is around 8600.
