I was wonder why some of the links have the ToolTip (description box) come up while others don't (even in the same forum)? With the old site, tool tips came up all the time with every entry in the forum..

Just thought to mention it because it was useful to read a brief description before I clicked on the link...so I can skip the links I didn't wanto read...
