Have you checked the cylinders for fluid? Are the spark plugs ok? Besides the little smoke you have... My LS n/a had similar symptoms recently mis-fire, awful chop and stutter in acceleration .....turns out I had blown the head gasket (again) Had it changed and no more stumble...... its worth a check!
