Well I'm in the process of upgrading, and updating my '84 Fox. She was just a measly ole 3.8L V6 when I took possession of her. She was also sh1t brown, with matching sh1t brown interior!

I've acquired an '87 Cougar, as a donor car. It had the Sport Seats (GT), as well as the 302 (even though it was a Non HO, so what), and a few other misc parts I need to complete the swap (read: double hump x-member, wiring harness, ecu, etc).

I've already pulled the motor/tranny out of the Cougar. And already yanked the 3.8L setup out of my Fox. The car's interior has been yanked, and it's damn near a bare car right now.

I'm wanting to pick up an 8.8" rear end, and one of the OEM aluminum driveshafts. I'd really like to find a usable C4, as opposed to the stock AOD that was in the Cougar. There's also a few other items I'd like to acquire; non-defrost rear glass, black interior trim panels (save dash/console), heads, cam, and the norm...

Anyways, feel free to check out the link(s) in my signature to take a look at the progress of the build. I'd like to be able to acquire some more parts in the near future, and hopefully some of my fellow TR Ford Bretheren will be able to assist. The overall goal(s) of the project is to have a street worthy, track terror. I'd like to go faster than 11.49, and lift the fronts.
