If you dont give them your lisence and they let you take the car for a drive and you fuck up the car that's their fault. Shouldn't let you drive it in the first place. As far as calling the cops it would be their word against yours, they cant do shit. Bottom line, I think it's real and the sales guy was just a fucking moron, plain and simple. hopefully his dumb ass got fired.
