1. find picture you want to use
2. upload it to either your TR gallery or a site like photobucket.com
3. cut/copy the hyperlink from the page your picture is directly on
4. go into your profile and under signature type [img] hyperlink [ / img] (with out spaces)

someone had helped him though seeing as he cant read nor help himself.
There is a link at the top , that instructs people to read it BEFORE asking a wuestion..it contains a documented walk through of how to do what he is asking.
I dont know how to make it any simpler for people.
