like i said before, you don't need a clip or an ecu/harness, if your doing something custom and plan on using STANDALONE then you can get by with just a motor set. whats so hard about getting a gen 3 engine/tranny combo with a cut harness. and it shouldnt be 2200 dollars. and if it is going into a celica you get a FE tranny that are in like 1,000,000 celica's and beat the shit out of it. and if the tranny breaks go to cophers and get another one for $40. the end. sw20 owners like to make things more complicated then they need to be. $1500 for stanalone, hahahhaah!!! megasquirt is like half that and just as good if you let Enthalpy tune it.
