it wouldnt be worth it. you would be getting a sohc vtech with no extra potenial. seeing that both put out about the same numbers(125hp-129hp) the more logical swap would be a sohc vtech on a ew or d15, this would create a "mini me" engine, pushing the limits of he 1.5 higher that it was before.
