You must be neglecting your oil changes from time to time tooif you have chunks forming. If you want to clean the engine itself out slowly, just add ATF a week before your oil change. Its not as agressive as motor flush.
that was the first time i changed the oil on the car after i purchased it. and they were's big chunks of rocks or anything, but you could feel the oil is a little gritty and the oil itself have dark spots in it

i believe it only smoke white when it is burning or something, but i put it in the oil, so i didn't experience smoke
