And no = you do not need to wetsand an entire car. is there a reason you have to get it to bare metal? It's a bitch to keep a car in Florida bare metal - it will start rusting the minute you get it there...
I wanted my aluminum boat stripped, some asshole painted it with housepaint. Then I was going to primer it up and paint it some color who knows.

What about those home sandblaster kits... they any good?
