Try looking up some of the local junk/salvage yards too. I have heard of people finding Starions in them and getting the parts for cheap. Make sure that if you do happen to find one, that the place doesn't try to rape you on the pricing for the I/C. Starion I/C's can be found for cheap $ when you find them.

Check out DSM Trader on the web also. You may luck out and find someone local who may have one. Tampa Bay and Orlando DSM boards are also places worth checking out.
