Well as far as exhaust goes try this site Sanderson Headers and you can also try www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com As for the TBI spacer you won't notice that much of a difference. All it does is it helps the Air/Fuel mix better and some even swirl it I.E. Helix Power Tower. You might see a slight increase in MPG but its so small its not worth the parts or labor.
