If youre going with the sleeve type coilover i suggest Ground Controll over skunk. Skunk2 are fairly stiff as was mentioned above you will have to get good shocks to control their rebound. If not the ride will be bouncy. With that said koni seems to reccomend thier OTS yellows up to a #450 spring. I found this suprising as many people are useing them with #600 and up rates. I have neuspeed race springs and neuspeed koni yellows even with these shocks my ride is still a little bouncy. I believe they are #500 front and #450 rear. This may also interest you. My friend had a 98 lude he droped it on neuspeed race springs and had a good bit of negative camber. He went through lots of tires up untill he sold it. So to answere your question YES you will most likely need a camber kit. This goes with almost any drop below 2. If you have any more questions let me know.
