How do you define Glory years? 96-98 GT's may have been nothing special stock, but they weren't exactly slow either compared to cars of those years. 99-02 Seems just fine to me too
Either way, they were good enough to keep the Mustang line going, I don't see any 2005 240's running around, just 350Z's.

Launch, to be 100% honest with you. I know you may have not
intended for your comment to be taken that way, but if you go back and read it I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from. Bottom line is the mustang comment was not neccesary and you had to know it had nothing to do with the topic at hand.
Can you honestly say you wouldn't be pissed if I came to a thread where you wanted information and just said "such-and-such years were not glory years for the 240" and so forth. Then all the 240 guys would jump all over me and you're thread would be Mustang vs. 240 instead of what you initially wanted.
Wouldn't that make you mad too?
