if there was a way for me to circumvent/bypass having to deal with the front office, i would be a return-customer... however, i dont forsee that being a possibility. the guys in the back do great work there and are pretty knowlegable about stuffs... however, the bureacracy and such that happens in the front office is the reason why i wont bring anything back. sorry.

I just posted my last reply before reading this. I heard their work is fantastic, but the guy on the phone seemed pretty disinterested in my business.
