you can get close to 300hp if you get a 3rd gen 3sgte and put a good stand alone on it. all you need for more after that is to upgrade the stock turbo and bigger injectors. its a great engine and very reliable. as for tuning, the guys at XAT know the 3s very good i wold give them a call.
