The recent popularity of imports has never had anything to do with a lack of performance in Mustangs. It's more a matter of kids modding what they have readily available.

It was not my intention to start a rally cry from mustang owners here. Look dude I have several friends that own mustangs and I generally like them. However lets get back to the fox body 5.0. I think most here will agree that this is a car with seroius potential. This point has been proven many times by there ability to run 10 sec times with very little modding. The 03/04 cobra. Again a great platform. Aside from the independent rear they are bad ass. They prove to be one stout car with just minor mods. This is my point. Don't get me wrong anything can be made fast. But these mustangs have some pretty serious potential.
