The only pitiful years for the mustang were '94 and '95 in my book. How can you call the '96-'98 Cobras pitiful? Or the '99 up 2 valves for that matter. The recent popularity of imports has never had anything to do with a lack of performance in Mustangs. It's more a matter of kids modding what they have readily available.
