Unfortunately I need a valve job on my '94 LT1, so the car is in pieces. There is a bolt on the back of the driver head that is giving me fits. Is it a 19/32s? Also, what is the purpose of that coolant line?

I was told to take the heads to Clearwater Cylinder and Head. Does anyone have any experience with them or recommend someone else?
