It depends on how baked on it is.... if it chips when you pick at it...you may need to use some laquer thinner and a push razor to get it off. They make special blades that wont scratch the glass.
You could take it to a tint shop...sometimes they will do it if they are cool and have time to.
no disrespect intended Konig... but you would be STUPID to put laquer thinner anywhere near your car... just use a razor and some window cleaner...
