I'm sure if one of these flamers cars were stolen it would be a different story and we would see the "boohoo cry me a river threads" rolling in..........especially since your 13yr old car has 5-10 times more money invested in it than it's worth to your insurance company.
The fact is unless you have a "stated value" type of policy on your car, it is in your best interest to keep it somewhere secured
at all times
