you have a check engine light? A bad sensor(MAF sensor, Exhaust temp Sensor, Coolant temp sensor) could trigger boost fluctuations. Any small leaks could do the same as well. A bad N75 valve?
+1 also wouldnt hurt to check your dv spring (not common to go bad but u never know)
