It's because all the auto manufacturers make concept cars with 20 inch wheels and it fills the gap nicely. Then the car goes into production they keep the car body dimensions about the same then slap on some mass produced shitty looking 16 inch wheels to cut costs. It's exactly what Ford did with the new Mustang and probably what Dodge did with this turd pictured above. .
