Thats all going to depend on the pump (looking for a small low amperage unit) but I dont think the system is going to weigh more than 10-15lbs dry.

Bob my design is much easier than that. The actual intake manifold has coolant passages in it already. They were supposed to improve fuel atomization at idle. I bypassed them when I was putting all the hoses back in the car.

I am gonna get a small tank and probably use a small water pump with a pint sized heater core strapped in front of the radiator. The goal is to keep it light but regardless I havent even started to lighten the car up anyways (although the balance shafts were heavy). Is it worth its weight in hp? Who knows but as of yet no one has tried it and documented it. I dont even have access to a dyno (and I dont plan to pay to dyno a sub 200hp car) so I wont know anyways.
