I just downloaded the entire episode last night. A 7 person company builds a 2 liter car that is literally as fast as a Ferrari Enzo. Crazy. Next time I go to England and I see a guy with a horribly streched out face and is deaf in one ear, I'll know what he drives.

BTW, if you like Top Gear, you should check out the episode from the week before (12/19). The Stig drives the 2004 Renault F1 car.
