also you are going to have air in your system from taking the water neck off it is important to burp your car. do this by filling the radiator up while the car is running make sure it is full shut it down and jack the front end of your car up as far as possible with the rad. cap off this will force any air in there out if any is stuck. it dosen't always happen but sometimes it will. then check your fluid again. you may want to check your fluid one more time after you run it for a little bit just to be sure.

ps, this should take about 5 mins to get the car to operating temp.
