In everyone's oppinion, who makes the best basic coilover system?

By basic I mean height, but not dampening adjustable.

Tein and JIC both has entry level coilover's. I'm looking at Tein Basic's right now.

Anyone have any good.bad experiences with them? The car is a Scion xA, btw.
