Brothers-- np, let me know if you need help setting the tension next time, I'd be happy to show you. Its alot easier to understand the method when you see someone do it rather than read about it. I have done so many timing belts its like tieing a shoe lace for me. Last time I messed around in that area I swapped cams, broke down & reassembled the timing belt all in about 30 mins. I've done too many!
