Choosing the right equipment combinations, speaker locations, wiring, sound dampening, enclosure, etc..


Actually, I saw this guy on another forum awhile ago who would take even a low end sub (ie, a single rf punch 12) and hit 145-155dbs.. His enclosures were far from average however. He's a big name in the audio world....can't remember all the specifics though.
