Well 220 would require a little more boost and alot better manifold on the a6 head, being as it's non vtec. However, that isn't a handicap at all. The way that head is set up, it would benefit you greatly when running much more boost.

As compared to my car for example, I'm running a completely stock y8 vtec head with 20psi on a t3/t4 and acheiving over 300 whp on pump gas. In this situation, vtec is somewhat of a hinderence in responsiveness for me. If I had your head on my car, I could easily see 50 more whp, and much better mid range power and responsiveness (depending on turbo)

If your goal is only 220, I'd suggest selling your head for a stock vtec head and investing in a nicely spooling turbo and manifold and better fuel management.

At that point, you could have 220 whp pretty reliably with a good tune. I made 226 on a completely stock y8 motor with a drag 3 kit and the vafc hack. I would suggest a slightly better fuel management approach for reliability.

In short, if you want serious power, stick with the built head. If not, PM me when you decide to sell it !
