Cranks, has spark & fuel - either just cranks, or catches but won't run

What I should do.
Check Timing, Crank Angle Sensor could be misaligned. Engine could be flooded, check spark plug for raw fuel.

since i got this info off srswap.com, does the KA have a crank angle sensor?

How do I check timing, and where is the crank angle sensor. The engine cranks, has spark, and fuel, it just wont freaking start. I checked the plugs and they have fuel on them. how long should I wait to start again. and need to know how to check timing and where the crank angle sensor is or any other suggestions? Im swapping from a sohc to dohc on my 89 nissan 240sx
