Your ingnition is cnnected to your bike with a little plastic clip... There is nothing to prevent a theif from simply un-clipping it and clipping in their own ignition. ( Commonly done when stealing gixxers) What you do is superglue the the clip together... Most of the time they are not equipped to splice wires, only remove fairings.... W/O the proper tools they *should* move on to the next bike.
