i've owned both domestic and import, and driven in both types of cars. and i'll have to agree that the interior of an import is far better than most domestics. when i drove in Dino's car, it had the same interior as my friends pontiac sunfire. and the mustangs interior looks down right hideous. the way the dash is shaped it looks like there should be another set of guages in the passenger side. but i've had both imports and domestics that the interior sqeaks, especially when i adjust my shocks to the firm setting. but the two tone, well trimmed interior in the accord is nicer than anyother car ive owned.
