What you need to do is have someone who knows something about cars have a look at it, Noone can tell you without seeing the car what is wrong with it and wether or not its worth trying to fix.

What area of tampa are you in and figure out either someone from tr or a shop that you can take it to. I offered to look at the car for you bc I'm such a nice guy, and i'm...... bored, but you havent responded so stop writing about the thing and start working on it!
