To start, buy a car. Any cheapo car. Take at least half if not more of your "credits" and cash them in to upgrade your security system to at least level 3. From there, just keep plugging away until you get some parts, do some races, ect... The game is more strategy than action, but there is a certain amount of satisfaction that comes from knocking somebody's dick into the dirt that has an expensive car.
