Not just a bolt it in and lets go swap, also the hood will not clear the motor, motor is just to tall for the ef, and hasport is also releasing a custom header for the ef. I would recommend this site ------->k20a.org. It is a great site, I am working on a k20a swap in a del sol right now so i have a whole price list for everything and it is quite steep. About 9-10 grand to do it right..Good Luck though.

He's right, but don't let anyone discourage you, if you have the money, will, and know-how you can get it done. That's what I was going to do with my EF(K20A N/A or K20Z1, if I could find one around, it would be a lil' cheaper and not far off from the K20A).
